If anyone's interested, WST have a 5 a side business which is currently valued at zilch by the market and will probably get sold off - possibly to GOAL (they don't own the properties though). WST currently trade at 50% of NAV, and they give WST investors the chance to invest in new/demerged IPO's, which should happen once a quarter in 2005. Ramp over.
