So will they up the final dividend tomorrow from 55p to 60p - that will be nice !

I reckon profits will beat market expectations but by how much that is the question.

Profit upgrades will no doubt flood in from brokers.

I am looking forward to the decision on the Greater Anglia franchise come October

Well it would seem a timely upgrade by Merrill Lynch - have they got a whiff of how good the results will be on Thursday !!!!

Merrill Lynch upgrades Go-Ahead Group from underperform to buy, target price raised from 1500p to 1850p.

GOG is so cheap its unbelievable when you work out the figures.Maybe the market is beginning to realise that today.I have sold other shares over the last two weeks and piled into GOG.

Final results on the 1st Sept set to beat market expectations
Will they annouce come the 1st Sept a special dividend as well as the final dividend to release some excess cash to investors - you never know !!

As Warren Buffet has been saying these conditions are golden opportunities. If the current market is good enough for him to buy and buy in a big way then it must surely be for me as well, thats the way I look at it.

At the moment I tend to plough most of the money into Go Ahead as not many shares around paying 6.5% yield as Go Ahead does.
