Update on the chart, yesterday retraced 61.8% of the rise from the lows in a 3 wave pattern (ABC correction) - needs a positive day today to confrim.

Just coming up for another attempt at the 50MA (1175.35).
If close above that then maybe can go forward to 1300ish in the runup to the Full Year Results (2 September).

I have just read the Investors Chronicle article dated 22nd july 2010 and it actually says BUY Go Ahead Group for the yield

Bus operators could compensate for the loss of the fuel subsidy by reducing services and hiking fares by around 7%.
Analysts at JP Morgan Cazenove say it is more likely that the grant will be frozen.

Looking at the share price graph - I have topped up this morning.

Just poking over the 50MA (1201.4) and today's high is at the early June support level (1207).
I suppose we wait for Wall Street to see if up or down from here.

trt - as of now it looks like IC have got it wrong. On the subject of financial magazines, Moneyweek tipped sell Aggreko at 1100 or so it recently made 1700!

trt - GOG has had a good run since 1048p. I think enami predicted a target of 1218p, we'll see who's right - IC and Bunnji or enami!
