Interim Dividend Payment

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 of EUR0.30 per ordinary share which will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on Friday 16 August 2019 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday 2 August 2019 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of Thursday 1 August 2019.
