Second Interim Dividend Payment

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the six-month financial period ended on 31 December 2021 of EUR0.13 per ordinary share, which will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on Friday 1 April 2022 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday 18 March 2022 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of Thursday 17 March 2022.

This dividend follows the first interim dividend of EUR0.15 per share in respect of the six-month financial period ended 30 June 2021, announced on 31 August 2021 and distributed in October 2021. This results in a full year dividend for the 2021 financial year of EUR0.28 per share.
