Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited ("Globalworth" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed today that a pension trust of which Mr Geoff Miller, Non-Executive Chairman of Globalworth is the sole beneficiary, has accepted the Offer in respect of 7,500 Ordinary Shares and Mr Miller has also accepted the Offer in respect of 11,000 Ordinary Shares held in his own name.

Following this transaction, Mr. Miller holds a beneficial interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.0023 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.

Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the response circular published by the Company on 26 May 2021.
