I'm almost in agreement with you, I think! However, Panmure Gordon have issued a 'Buy' note on it, and I have done well from their real estate man over recent times. The company seems to be formed as an exit vehicle for the founder, which is fen, but I wish their was a name I recognise as a non-exec. A partner of CBRE or Cushman, or JLL for example.I was jaundiced about Raven Russia, and that's done very well, so maybe Romania isn't so daft?I'm ploughing through the Prospectus, and will take a look at a chicken's entrails before I go for it.Good luck.

Any views on this one ?

my initial feeling is to avoid it like the plague....based on acquisition deal of 27th Dec.
where the co. bought a project that is yet to start from the co. founders for 20M euros

20M euros for a bit of land...
reminds me of the frothy days of 2005-2006

and personally I dont like companies which buy anything from the directors
....very easy for the directors to over-pay since they are paying to themselves using shareholder's money !

and personally I dont like/believe the presentation/numbers of the final results

and having a director that is a large shareholder, I dont like, can never get rid of him if he takes too high a level of pay or bonuses or the co. performs badly and want to get a different MD
