A further company update on how much they expect the US gaming law to affect them (in the short term particularly) would be helpful - surely they must have done some calculations by now

Assuming we don't stand still for a third day running, I suppose I've got a 50% chance by suggesting DATA will rise tomorrow.

If you are interested in the chart, it is updated every evening under Selected Gann & Fib Charts on my BARC thread.

Whether you think charts are predictive or not, with the 23.6% retracement and the 1 x 2 Gann Fan lines meeting, I'm expecting these to go up a little tomorrow.

ken - ADVFN BB's don't dictate share prices, but volume does help!

Looking OK in my opinion for a steady recovery.

This board has been here for over 3 years and it only has about 400 posts a year. Not many shareholders is the problem.

The Stock Market Reporter for Friday October 6th from UK-AnaIyst.com

The confirmed approach to UKbetting on Thursday and a report in The Guardian that suggested UK companies may be set to fight the US legislation gave the batter gaming sector a boost. The newspaper said that British-based online gambling companies could join forces with the Antiguan government to challenge the new legislation. Following a complaint from Antigua, the World Trade Organisation ruled last year that US laws on online gambling contravened its rules. A World Trade Organisation panel will decide in November whether the US is now complying with its rules, the newspaper said. Shares in World Gaming bounced 2.75p to 7.75p and Sportingbet shares added 2p to 70p.
