The only reason for the fall today is I noticed that Daniel Page acquired 14320988 shares last year for 0.7 and today an exact same went through for 14320988 for 0.425 so a nice loss but he is out
I thought the report if you bother to read it was positive
Negotiations with Namibian government expected to be resolved in April
The company is in open negotiations with a number of counter parties around the potential acquisition and in some case diversified assets
So behind the scenes some action at last

Very one sided article and no substance or evidence included to support it. For all we know he was pushed out before his probation period expired and they let him resign to save face. Who actually knows why he resigned is my point.

Interesting article thanks. It seems possible the picture painted and the reality of their assets after 2 months in job were different. Can't see any positives for gbp .

Yeah they talked a good job but didn't do much if anything at all. They were little more than another drain on resources. Good riddance.

I must admit after hearing the interviews with Daniel Page and the CEO of Cynergy. a while back they were both so vague and full of generalisations and also the fact that Cynergy had not done a deal in six years I am quite pleased they have departed
I believe our best hope is in Cecilia Yu. And looking at her track record seems a very high achiever and would imagine has plans for the company .Presumably at some time we will hear of the reasons for the changes but feel could be in our interests

Good morning
SP was probably hit too hard by the quick CEO resignation, though nothing to suggest that my post above was/is correct.
Bought in again at well under my 0.09 sell yesterday; the share price has crept up slightly so far.
Waiting and seeing.

This guy only took up the position as Executive Chairman in Nov 23 which is little over 3 months ago so hard to know what to make of it all.

Good afternoon

Having sold out earlier at c. 0.09, have now reflected on the earlier posts signifying a large buyer.
I wonder (dyor) if the earlier large buys are connected with todays resignation and maybe a t/o is in the offing so that the large buyer appoints a new Exec.

All guesswork and the earlier large buyer may have been as unaware as some PIs and I were.

I bought back in (a few only) at 0.08.

He won't be able to avail of his recent remuneration package either as it's held in an escrow account for 90 days so he may have got an offer to go somewhere else with a much more attractive package which meant he was prepared to forfeit this one.

Yes it's with the immediate effect part that is concerning. Never a good sign but could be oversold if it's for a valid reason.
