Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 is now available for download on the Company's website at: https://www.globalinvacom.com/investor-relations/annual-reports

The Annual General Meeting of the Company for FY2019 ("2020 AGM") will be held on or before 29 June 2020. The 2019 Annual Report does not contain the Notice of 2020 AGM and the proxy form. The Company will release announcement(s) via RNS and SGXNet regarding any further updates in respect of the 2020 AGM, and the Notice of 2020 AGM, together with the proxy form, which will be issued and despatched to shareholders in due course.

Shareholders may refer to the Company's announcements on 6 April 2020 and 8 April 2020 for further

information on the extension of time to hold the 2020 AGM.
