   Cambridge (UK) 21 May 2021: Global Graphics PLC (Euronext: GLOG) 
publishes a transparency notification in accordance with Article 14, 
first paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major 
holdings. 
 
   1.   Summary of the notification 
 
   At the request of the Financial Services Markets Authority, pursuant to 
the notification that Global Graphics PLC elected Belgium as its home 
Member State on 18 March 2021, the Company received on 18 May 2021 a 
transparency notification dated 28 April 2021 indicating that Congra 
Software SARL holds 81.88% of the voting rights of the Company. 
 
   This announcement replaces the announcement that was issued by the 
Company on 22 January 2021, notifying of the same significant 
shareholding disclosure.
