shares of EUR0.40 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") 
by the Global Graphics Share Incentive Plan (an HM Revenue & Customs 
approved all employee share purchase plan) on 12 December 2017 at a 
price per Ordinary Share of EUR 2.73 the Company makes the following
