Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 12 June 2017 it acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares") for cancellation at an average price of 17.00p per share, representing a 56.98% discount to the net asset value per share as at 31 March 2017.

Accordingly, once these shares have been cancelled the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 36,070,333 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
