Announcement of Tender Price
Following the announcement of the Tender Offer on 19 October 2018, Global Fixed Income Realisation Ltd announces a Tender Price of GBP0.233937 per share. The Tender Price is calculated based on the published 28 September 2018 NAV of GBP0.2363 per share less the 1.0% Tender Discount referenced in the circular. Each Shareholder shall be entitled to a Basic Entitlement of 31.388612% of its holding.
