Glencore PLC's (GLEN.LN, GLNCY) Viterra unit has agreed to buy the assets of Ilta Grain Inc.'s processing facility in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan.
The facility has a storage capacity of 22,000 metric tonnes and a 135-railcar loop track, Viterra said.
Ilta Grain entered creditor protection in July.
Viterra expects to close the deal Aug. 27 if conditions including court approval are met.
