Pre-AGM Shareholder Engagement Webcast update

On 29 March Glencore announced that it intended to operate its AGM this year as a closed meeting and that it will provide an opportunity for shareholder engagement prior to the AGM by way of a live video webcast on Thursday, 22 April at 1.30 pm CEST.

The details of how to register for the webcast and submit questions are now available on Glencore's website: www.glencore.com/investors/shareholder-centre/agm

The registration will remain open until Tuesday, 20 April at 1.30 pm CEST.
