NEW YORK (Agefi-Dow Jones)--GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) aurait attiré l'intérêt d'acheteurs comme Nestlé (NSRGY), Unilever (UN) et Coca-Cola (KO) pour la vente de sa division de santé grand public en Inde, qui comprend notamment les boissons de lait malté Horlicks et Boost, a rapporté l'agence Reuters mardi, citant "quatre personnes proches du dossier".
La vente de la participation de 72,5% dans GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare pourrait rapporter jusqu'à 4 milliards de dollars au groupe pharmaceutique, selon l'agence de presse.
Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (RBGLY) n'aurait de son côté pas fait d'offre bien que le groupe cherche à renforcer à son pôle de santé grand public, selon Reuters.
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare possède notamment la marque de boisson de lait malté Horlicks, très populaire en Inde.
