Thanks for the two nice comments. I still look at the board occasionally but usually don't comment as I've said it all about my strat in the past. Income strats are very boring as nothing much happens. Boring is good in the investment world, it's where the money is, but it does leave one with little to say.

Still hold GSK as its yield continues to be well over the FTSE100.

I get, just about, the idea of sinking all or nearly all your investment cash into one share. Assuming that represents a substantial investment and not just a bit of play money, that makes it hugely risky compared with holding a spread of different shares. But I do get it because if it works it promises big returns, though at the price of those big risks.

What I don't get though is why GSK for this approach? I think it's one of the more unattractive shares in the FTSE100 for a long term major single share bet. If I was going to do that, from amongst the index shares right now I'd probably go with one of the big miners.

''Dr. Diamond's lab, at the forefront of many notable findings relating to tau, previously determined that tau acts like a prion - an infectious protein that can spread like a virus through the brain.''

That is because it is a prion protein , no cure .

Another prion death in California USA ... it's lethal , no cure

The "soft Brexit" propaganda stunt is a busted flush. You'd have to be pretty dim not to realize that "soft Brexit" means leave in name only while actually remaining. And that is not what the majority voted for.

Spot on.

There is no Hard Brexit Biotech.

There is Brexit, or some form of Remain.

People voted LEAVE overwhelmingly to take back control of Sovereignty(law making in UK) and Immigration(Borders) - indisputably so.

Membership of Single market is incompatible with such.
Indisputable fact

Every MP in govt or on opposition benches said

"Leave means "Leaving Single Market" (FROM THE CAMPAIGN)"

Brexit therefore means LEAVE Single Market, obviously.

There was also take back control of trade - cant be in a customs union to do that.

You are peddling a REMOANER myth that there are various forms of Brexit - there are not. There is leave the EU and leave all of the EU acquis or some form of Remain.

everyone would want that ideally. but you have to be realistic, sovereignty, being in control of your own laws is paramount.

Show me the evidence that all 52% wanted a hard brexit. Of the many I know that voted leave, most wanted to remain with frictionless, customless trade.

There is plenty of evidence that I am correct, just look at the opinion polls for the reasons for leaving. Its not rocket science.
