What is clear is that GSK have a hell of a lot to offer. Expect that we are at a price that could make us vulnerable

Berny3 - Thanks for posting, reading that document I would assume that Elliot are still involved. Expect the CEO position is the next change required. Someone who can execute against the vision and release the value. Not sure Emma can cut it and will be the next shoe to drop

Looks like litigation and short story running out of steam.....

Next stop is a rise......

Unless there is more litigation news - dont hold your breath - it will be a long wait.

Don't be fooled into this Risky level. The worry will carry on and increase as trials in Illinois are due to begin on 22 August. Remember GSK can fall quickly as further bad news in the pipeline as claims against GSK increase.

GSK still risky any bid would be at 800 so be patient and further falls will be dramatic once we get to legal cases starting end August. Claims are now ramping up at record pace with more Lawyers involved !!!

Good posts wallywoo,my sentiments exactly.Post xd date this could drop lower due to time of year and low volume trade volatility but after selling pre demerger i have profits from GSK to cushion any share price drops....within reason that is!

Litigation uncertainty has been around since 2019. Not stopped the share price trotting back to 1800+.

As I say, doubt very much it is a BP oil spill scenario.

Hmmm, I doubt any company would want to buy GSK given the litigation uncertainty (Bayer/Monsanto?!), unless of course it is another company listed as a defendant eg Pfizer or Sanofi!

Personally think this is the market targeting GSK for a bear raid. They are freshly demerged, so are vulnerable to more volatility. Being August also makes now a good time to hit the shares with many being away from their trading desk. There is always a law suit going on with these companies, just part of normal business. Zantac is not another BP oil spill scenario imo.

Once that all settles down GSK will go back to being a nice defensive play in difficult times.

It could of course, attract a bid at these prices too. So a share price recovery could happen very quickly.

The recent RNS clearly states no case to answer. If so we (GSK and HLN) are at bargain prices.

My latest worry is that GSK will soon face multiple class action suits for violation of securities laws relating to this whole debacle.
This is all pretty dreadful and I think anyone who bought Haleon post IPO but before this news broke would have pretty good reason to feel seriously aggrieved.
The Board must be starting to feel a bit anxious.

'You need a smart knowledgeable CEO/Captain to gain respect and trust'

Totally agree with that statement, but good CEO's of pharmaceutical companies are as impossible to find as competent politicians
