Gfinity plc, a leading international esports group, has been informed that Neville Upton, CEO of the Company, on 4 April 2018 purchased 166,666 ordinary shares at a price of 12.00p in the Company as part of the placing announced on 28 March 2018.

Following this purchase, Neville Upton has an interest in 14,877,245 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 5.44% of the Company's issued share capital.
