21/5/2020 18:23 | Thanks for your reply and overview, thirty.... Good luck. | tenapen
21/5/2020 18:17 | I think they will not need to raise more CASH. I think the multi year F1 deal will have been structured to make sure they have sufficient CASH flow to give them the chance to get traction from the websites which I think is their big goal. I doubt if F1 would have signed a multi year deal if they could not see the sustainability of the business. But as to way F1 were inclined to sign a multi year deal i suspect they got a good price for the services gained.... so F1 get cheaper services and GFIN get the financial security and also being able to tout the multi-year F1 deal with other providers - kinda creating a network effect. i think if they can get thru their next results and keep that commitment of break even by end of 2020 then the market will defo start valuing on a multiple of turnover. that said i am assuming that current turnover for 2020 is only going to be c.3m so in fairness to the market at 12m MV they are well valued already at 4t t/o. All IMHO, DYOR + BOL GFIN is in my portfolio. | thirty fifty twenty
21/5/2020 17:49 | Touchy ouch. The more deals they sign the more money they will need to fullfil the service before the revenue starts to flow. It was a basic question | tenapen
21/5/2020 16:38 | Eswimming in cash | lukehold
21/5/2020 15:17 | They will go further on cost reductions next year too. From the interim results released on 31 March: 'By June 2021 the monthly cost base is forecast to equate to £2.4m per annum.' | mcfly79
21/5/2020 15:09 | The company will be breakeven by year end and profitable in Q1 2021. They are slashing their cost base to £3m and they raised £2.25m. Based on their forecast of breakeven by year end, and with the reduced cost base, the £2.25m should certainly get them to breakeven. On top of that they will be receiving another £2.25m for the warrant exercises. They'll be swimming in cash. | mcfly79
21/5/2020 13:15 | I'll bite your blatant deramp, they just raised 2.25m. With increased revenues and reduced costs it should see them to profitability.John Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of Gfinity, said : "This fundraising marks the final step of our strategic review process. The funds raised further strengthen our financial position following on from the previously announced sharpened strategic focus for the business and the significant reduction of our cost base. We now have a solid cash position to ensure that Gfinity can continue to capitalise on the exciting market opportunities we see ahead. I'm pleased that in this extremely challenging time our existing investors, as well as new investors, have shown their support for this fundraise, our strategy and our future. " | lukehold
