if they are happy with their percentage and it gives room for even more interested parties....I don't see any problem.
It could be viewed as a good thing.

Credit to Garry I'm just not going to get too excited, that oversubscribed percentage is good but the director deals are embarrassing.Neville Upton didn't even bother to take part.

Agreed. Was close to 30% oversubscribed....Big lump of new money in. This is a reflection of the turn around Garry has achieved. He's a big hitter with big contacts & can really see new momentum building. I was right about Bidstack last Sept & Mesh (formerly HASH) last October. And I believe I'm right on this now. We may have few months for the herd to wake up but I think anyone getting in now will have very big smile in 6-9 months time.

Beg to differ. Let's see how things pan out. Read the Shore Cap research note from earlier this year. I'm not suggesting we have a Unicorn but the next 12-24 months will see the mkt cap multiples higher than its current level imo.

I highly doubt that especially with them so focused on managed services, they rely too much on contracts. The thing that made this stock rocket to those levels way back when was mainly their Elite Series tournament cost heavy but cause traction in the esports sphere.

Agreed! This is well poised now. Their re-focus under new CEO has moved them in the right direction to maximise their position front and central in this huge & growing mkt. Previous highs in the 25-30p+ range certainly re-attainable imo.

No consolation perhaps but I had exactly the same thing in MIRI with the placing there.
I think both companies will prove their merit eventually though and that's what counts.

As you probably gathered got a few later yesterday for the first time.
I was researching them last week and wondered how I had missed it before!

Anyway ,it is clear that e-Sports is a very hot sector and growing massively.
Already.of course it is extremely popular in China.

This feels totally right with my interest in BIDS and hope that a bounce back ensues as the placing shares become incorporated.
Good luck holders.

This does look like a good entry point just as the company seem to be getting serious traction on sales, anyway I'm in and looking for some serious upside over the next twelve to twenty four months.

This is fine, good and sufficient fund raise to see them through, big boys buying and directors getting in before she starts to take off. The know the games business is only going in one direction and Gfin is well placed. Back in. imo

sp was very overbought and seemed likely the share price would drop.

It has gapped to (nearly) touch the 50dma.

Gaps do close, usually.

I've been following GFIN for a long time and thought they would need this last fund raise to get through to break even, so I've held off buying in the past.I had a long chat with Garry Cook at a recent Proactive event about their move into sharing of media rights and liked the direction of the company.May now present an excellent buying opportunity.

#GFIN STOCK MARKET WATCHLIST: £5m whip-round for #Gfinity is a little too late for some - Word reaches me that AIM-listed Gfinity is raising £5 million in a share placing. So for many shareholders, it is already a case of game over.
