Grant of Share Options
The Company announces the grant of 1,350,000 share options on 20 November 2018 as long-term incentives to its Directors and Executive Committee. Details of the grant of options are as follows:

The share options were issued with an exercise price of GBP0.35 per ordinary share, the mid-market closing price on 20 November 2018. The options have a ten-year term and vest one half each on the next two anniversaries of the grant date. They are exercisable at any time after the vesting date.
Each party received share options over 250,000 Ordinary Shares, with the exception of Jonathan Copus who also received options over a further 100,000 ordinary shares. These additional options are issued in lieu of share options that were awarded but not granted on his joining Getech. They also have an exercise price of GBP0.35 per ordinary share and a ten-year term but vest on 2 August 2019. They are exercisable at any time after the vesting date.
