Yes it's existing shareholders only and not the general public. So I imagine fewer prepared to do a quick turn, more likely to average down from very much higher levels

The wide spread for bid-ask is deterring buyers and sellers. I read the news first thing this morning but decided not to buy. The so-called 20% rise (now 30%) is delusional.

Looks like an easy trade for some... Just buy in on the retail before the 20th and sell on the market after the 28th. As long as as it's above an 2p, you should make a trade.

The large investors that have bought the 75 million placing shares will almost certainly hold for 2 years to qualify for the tax relief associated with such placings on AIMAs for the retail investors applying for the 10 million other shares, that's anyone's guess.

It's a bitter pill to swallow for existing shareholders But for new shareholders an outstanding opportunity 2p is so low - when they have ARR of 3 million The board have made a terrible mess of this, and should never have let the share price get to these levels before raising new funds. But Market cap at 2p with new shares 3 millionMost firmly placed with long term holders As you say Cloud now lifted on company's future and with that fear removed the share price could recover nicely.

Warned people in June this was going south see post 3219 . ,like I said at the time there were a lot of deluded rappers who don't have a clue what they are doing and unable to read accounts . Share price dropping and a fund raise says it all it was coming .

A premium is usually when the shares are in demand so they might struggle here.
