Don't know, love to know the magnitude of their freehold asset sell-off, presumably once they get outline planning permission for the various sites.

Around five, six years since Openhein took control and I can't see him being happy with less than five times the original share price (125 diluted a couple of times by rights issues so not sure want it works out at)

I hope so, 2red. What did you make of those big late trades last night? Rollover?

MM's been playing around with the spread to get some sellers but now it is tightening up, could be about to rocket off????

Very true. I'm hoping we might get a bit of weekend press coverage.

Excellent results, and some very strong statements about future expectations. Very promising.

I'm not sure I can - I'll try to work it out! If you click on the chart you can amend it and look at, eg, 5 years, but it then reverts to the 2 year one next time you come back.

If possible can u take the chart back to year zero (2001?)

I actually recall buying some at 20-something (and started at 120 via Allied Leisure)

Done - called "Georgica 2006". See you over there! (It's not difficult - just go to "Add discussion" in the bar near the top of this page and then tick the right boxes).

toored - any objection if I create a new thread with charts? It annoys me that we don't have charts etc on here!

not unusual, takes two days after good news for shares to respond (in the past anyway); no idea why. Yes, pity they did not update on the actual profit as well, which I think should show a nice bit of juiciness.

Question remains, what will they do next? Raise money for takeover of cheap basketcase or sell the co at a premium price?

Update met with crashing indifference in the market! - hardly any trades today.

Progress appears "reasonable" rather than spectacular or even promising, but progress nevertheless. I'm particularly interested to see what they've been able to achieve in terms of savings, ie what is the bottom line looking like, irrespective of sales figures?
