Dip on the start this morning.Mms makers getting a little bit of stock back.Bodes well for top ups or new investors at this price.News of production is close hopefully as copper is in demand.

I do see a very positive start to the year, clearly “something has been done” whether the other side has agreed with elements of an outline to an offer, or the new COO has a reputation as a man who gets mines running?

Well, a quick scan of Lundin Mining and other sites reveal that our new COO Mr Struthers is a very capable operator and Mr Kuenzel was not kidding when he said we are fortunate indeed to have a man of his calibre step into the role at Georgian.
It really looks to be excellent news for us - clearly someone who is used to getting things done

Georgian has been a long time in this “ it will happen soon phase” but, with the arrival of Mr Struthers - who, according to the press release has a lot of Russian experience Maybe all that’s about to change, just at the right time for Copper & Gold.

After taking on the new highly experienced Lundin chap as COO and continuing to explore these massive assets they're now in a better position for pit design and development. It'll make an interesting read to see what the 2018 exploration and development programme consists of as the gold oxide at KB East is pretty much at surface and around 60m in width.

The only thing holding this back is the credibility regarding the start of production. It looks like this is now in sight and could produce $20m of free cash flow per year from the gold alone, even before they mine any copper. I like the fact that the RNS referred to "final discussions" so we may not have to wait long for the agreement to be signed. Then we should expect to see 40p for starters.

There certainly appears to be a lot more work involved in negotiations with GCG than was first envisaged. The announcement in general hits a cheery note though there is a lot more on the ground work involved including some infrastructure.

I hold 7 figures in these and it's way over seven figures. Mine ain't up for sae either. I brought in on the last funding rounds and been piling in at 14p. Holding to 70p minimum

I'm glad that I picked up a total of 400,0000 shares from the doubters. My last 100,000 buy at 13.91p, on the appointment of the vastly experienced COO, looks to be like the bargain of the century. The only way is up from here. The MM's won't be getting any of mine so they can shake the tree all they want.

Would you believe it, Geo is at the top of the ADVFN header board with gold at $1302.50 + 7.80! This time next year, gold and copper are likely to be much higher than they are now and that in turn will lead to explorers like Geo being taken over at higher prices.That's for sure.
