Georgia Capital PLC announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") at a gross price of 966.132 pence per share pursuant to the buyback programme which commenced on 14 June 2018:

 Number of Shares purchased:                     40,305 Shares 
 The purchase price represents the volume weighted average price 
  paid by Numis in sourcing the Shares, with the highest and lowest 
  price paid by Numis being: 
 
 Highest price paid per Share:                   970.00 pence 
 Lowest price paid per Share:                    960.00 pence 
 

The Company intends to hold these Shares in Treasury. Including Shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company holds 2,156,414 Shares in Treasury.

Following the above purchase, the total number of Shares in issue is 37,228,298 (excluding Shares held in Treasury). This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
