21/1/2014 14:58 | The price range quoted for the IPO is indeed rather disappointing. The number of shares now issued seems to be about 43 million and so the issue of 20 million new shares is highly dilutive. Let us hope that $10 rather than $8 will be the price and that demand is high enough to push the shares to a premium. It will be interesting to see from the prospectus how GPK compares with other oil and gas companies quoted in USA whose businesses are in Latin America. | varies
21/1/2014 13:07 | $10 is a discount! I expect the offer to be oversubscribed. | tyler90
21/1/2014 12:59 | The insti's were always going to want a discount in the ipo , agree I'm glad there is no consolidation. | loafingchard
21/1/2014 12:47 | 'The company has determined that it will not implement the share consolidation contemplated in the Circular'...sensible move. This decision will allow greater liquidity for the stock. I can see the share price trading higher than $10 in a months time. Happy to hold and accumulate on weakness. | tyler90
21/1/2014 12:30 | disappointed. I'm out. | melody9999

21/1/2014 11:40 | NYSE listing back on.... | thegreatgeraldo
16/1/2014 23:27 | I've got a niggling doubt as to what the board are up to. They're doing a good job on the ops front, but have done very little promoting the company. The share price doesn't reflect the progress the company's made, imvh. The board appear to think that's AIM's fault, but what have they done to get the story out there? | thegreatgeraldo
16/1/2014 22:56 | Timing. Oils in the US are lagging, but no doubt will come into play as the market rotates. GPK are playing a waiting game to list across the water, but what I think it does reflect is the sophistication of management, soon but when the time is right. So if this is the external, the same quality has produced a year on year increase internally. To build a fire you need fuel, oxygen and a spark - who knows what that will be. Looking at new highs | bbluesky
16/1/2014 14:10 | Still a super low profile here. Good to see the plans for this year, our teams will be busy! | loafingchard

10/1/2014 13:30 | Update on LLA-34 from Parex announced after TSX close last night, ....On December 11, 2013 Parex reported the initial Tigana-1 test rates from the Guadalupe Formation as approximately 1,600 bopd of 15°API oil with a water-cut of 0.8%, prior to shutting the well in for pressure build-up. The service rig was moved to the Tigana Sur-1 well, located 1,200 meters southwest of Tigana-1, to test the Guadalupe Formation. Tigana Sur-1 commenced production with an Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) on December 13, 2013 and was produced for a period of 144 hours prior to shut in for a 10 day build-up test. A total of 7,800 barrels of oil was recovered during the test at an average rate of 1,300 bopd. On December 30, 2013 the well resumed production and was tested at peak rates in excess of 2,800 bopd with final measured water-cut of 0.5%. The service rig was then moved back to the Tigana-1 well to test one of five potential zones in the Mirador Formation. Using an ESP, the well was tested for 141 hours and a total of 14,554 barrels of oil was recovered for an average test rate of 2,477 bopd of field measured 20°API oil. The final measured water-cut in the well was 0.1% prior to shut-in for pressure build-up. The Tigana Sur-1 well is also prospective in four potential zones in the Mirador Formation and we plan to test these zones in 2014. The drilling rig is currently drilling a delineation well at Tua-6. Following rig release, the rig will return to the Tigana/Tigana Sur pad to drill one or two delineation wells, while waiting on the construction of new pads that will enable additional delineation of the Tigana-1 and Tigana Sur-1 discoveries. 02/1/2014 15:50 | Good luck and a Happy, healthy and prosperous New Year to you Z! | bbluesky
02/1/2014 11:53 | bluesky I sold down on the anticipated NYSE listing and liquidity. Still think this is an excellent growth story but decided to look for new opportunities. I put some into Trinity (Trin) as an alternative with 49 mmbo P2 and a recent discovery last month which could give a further net 9.75 - 22.4 mmbo P2 reserve. It's a very quiet bb and even less so than here. Has other contingent resources and currently drilling a prospect which could give a further net 6.5 mmbo P2 if successful. 4,000 bopd production and growing and decent cash. Only 94.5m shares and at 139p current price = £131m m/cap. I believe the current 49mmbo P2 is worth at least $8.50/b or £252m = 267p with the latest discovery not in the mix. Also has a wildcard in South African gas prospects. Bruce Dingwall 'CBE' is Chairman along with Monty Pemberton CEO. BD helped grow Venture production which was sold for £1.3b to Centrica and looking to grow Trinity into a much bigger business. | zengas
31/12/2013 09:50 | Happy New Year to all! I have a feeling 2014 is going to be the year that GPK's share price is going to reflect the true value of the company....eventuall | tyler90
