£4 million placing end of December,that along with company revenue should last minimum of 6 months,so hopefully no raise needed until after June when i believe the share price will be way higher than of today,so tomorrow i will be loading up more funds here, what with expected news flow over coming months i see this as a no lose play, that is until probably a fundraiser in the summer.

Well i would say that the USA FDA news,which is due very soon, will undoubtedly be passed,this little gem could be valued in the £100's of million's in a few years,buy now and come back next year,i guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Yes, Investors are currently in a mind set that persuades them the next fund raise will inevitably be at lower price than the last one, irrespective of progress made by the company in question. This will revert back to the more normal paradigm (eventually) whereby successive fund raisings are conducted at higher prices to reflect positive progress, but alas, I cannot see that happening in the short term.

I picked up a few GENI shares in the placing, it was EIS qualifying, so the up front tax relief means an effective purchase price of 3.5p/share for UK tax payers (like myself)

The blurb which came round with the placing documentation stated they were looking to raise £5m in the firm placing, plus anything extra in the retail offer. The initial indicative price was 5p/share and that didn't shift throughout the 5 day period between when I was made inside and when they announced the placing.

In September Interims Presentation (link below) management said they will need to raise £8m.

The December fundraise was for only £4m.

Consequently, whilst any good news may temporarily spike the share price, the knowledge that another £4m is needed will - in my view - temper it.

I'm positive and have recently bought in but it's going to take some time.
Have only taken a half position as fundraise larger than their current MCap (£5m) is required.
They will likely hope FDA kit approval and resulting RNS will boost share price so they can raise. This, of course, assumes approval.
Patience required. And maybe more funds.

Taken from Cavendish Broker note today:

- Investment thesis – We believe GENinCode is making strong progress, establishing its Early
Access Programme for its lead tests in the US, gaining a CPT code for CIC-Score and progressing
its FDA application for CIC-Score kit format. We expect on-going LIPID inCode roll-out in the UK
and increasing EU revenues. With a large and global patient population to target and a broadly
un-addressed CVD genetic testing market available, we believe GENinCode is well placed to grow
revenue and profits.



We note that had GENinCode continued the application via the 510(k) route, it could have established this regulatory pathway for future potential competition, possibly establishing a lower regulatory hurdle for any future polygenic risk scoring tests
