Genflow Biosciences Takeover Rumours (GENF)

Just looking in here. The company's research looks very interesting, but surely they are many years away from making any money. And they probably need to raise money again by early 2025 (the €3M euro grants a few months ago will be targeted at specific work so will be spent). What's the investment case - a takeover by big pharma based on their patent on SIRT61? Has that actually been granted yet does anyone know? Thanks for any info.
