Hi, there was a large seller of around 4 million shares. I do not know why and I do not know who. That's why they were taken down to around 3p however that seller is completely cleared and out the way. We are primed ready to move up again on any news

Buzz if you go back over past few days there were some bigger trades I was trying to work out if it was a big seller and price was going down so it could go through at a certain price like 3p? It's stayed down at this range so not sure what's happening. Where do you see this company going buzz as looking back through posts you have been here from the start, are you still confident buzz?

There has been very little volume. The trades I have seen have been very small.

Price fall potentialy due to MM's dropping price to get volume other than that no reson for fall, got to be a good buy at 3p!

Manual I'm new here myself and bought in at over 4p after reading that they are funded for 2 years which is good for a aim company. I'm sure I read somewhere about a share lock in period ending so not sure if that is correct if we have someone selling after this time has expired who knows? Maybe a longer term poster can shed a view. Manual do you see longterm possible potential here as you seem to follow this sector? I am also invested in puretech health not sure what you make of them if you have heard if them, I bought in there roughly what they are now in price as they have dropped a fair bit. As you say this sector is out of favour that's for sure

I'm looking to buy to my Biotech portfolio. A lot of Biotechs have been hit pretty hard and looking at funding options, this has enough funds apparently for 2 years or so.

41% is held by founder.

GENF cornerstone shareholder Ronald J Bauer (the beneficial owner of Theseus Capital) has in the past 24 hours been arrested in the UK following indictment on securities fraud and money laundering by the US SEC. He is alleged to have masterminded a US$100 million pump & dump scheme spanning multiple jurisdictions along with a number of other individuals.

The chairman here needs to answer some serious questions now as Bauer is also heavily involved at Yassine’s other haunt, NASDAQ-listed Pasithea Therapeutics.

Another good RNS today and some buying finally come into the stock. Not a lot available under 10p, once we break who knows where we go. BEN went from 10p to nearly £1 lol

Tr1 holding just announced.

Adrian Beeston increased his share holding to 6% and now holds 17.55 million shares.
Very encouraging start to life here at Genflow.
