Agree, can't see it dropping back now. Behind the scenes the wheels will be turning like mad now. Everyone wants and needs a gas deal. It will happen.

You can work that number out from the February announcements numbers; the volumes to be supplied for processing times the $1.20 per thousand cubic feet.

The optimism that the gas numbers were likely to be larger has proved correct.

The real surprise for me is the size of the upgrade. Most welcome.

The gas supply terms agreed in February 2017 ($1.20 per thousand cubic feet) had volumes stated that yielded a predictable £400 million Sterling plus gross income per annum to GENL.

Genel now have lots more gas to supply. What a nice situation for the longer term.

Will offer encouragement to potential partners and that's where we eagerly await more news.

Once a deal is hopefully announced , today's share's jump will look pretty modest in comparison.
