Investors are nervous due to relations with Baghdad which still haven't gone away. Once these improve so will the share price but most investors will be way behind the curve of with whats going on politically.

Not very long ago the oil experts were saying POO would bounce around in the $45 to $55 range for any foreseeable future.

L2 livening up, some decent bids popping up now, I expect this could be about to move.

$70 is not really enough for new oil fields to be looked for and developed as there are plenty of known reserves already however it is good for Genel as they can turn happily turn a profit at $70
Gas is the way forward though in the O&G world just now couple of detailed FEEDs announced last night for very large ultra sour gas field off Abu Dhabi for a

Everything can go well for Genel once Baghdad take over until then uncertainty will hold the share back as getting a partner to sink money into a gas project when payment maybe in doubt could be tricky or involve taking a poor deal. I will accumulate on the on the dips.
