30/3/2017 18:44 | KMann,Different risk/reward on bonds to shares.I agree that there could be spectacular returns from these levels for equity holders but a lot depends on being able to pay off bond holders at maturity. I actually don't think this will be GKP mark II as GENL have plenty of time for corporate action, and assets they can sell or farm down. That's why I'm holding both, but not bullish enough to increase my equity stake. My exposure through bonds is large so there's enough risk there for me. | wshak
30/3/2017 18:08 | Congrats to those who weren't scared into selling yesterday. | bobobobobobob

30/3/2017 17:12 | WShak, I would have dumped some bonds today and bought equity, your research should apply to both, so surely there is better return on equity now if your that confident in the bonds performance. You'll get 25% from here on your bond + intrest, you could get 10x that in equity in two years. Thats what quite a few did today, equal risk, better reward. Go figure. | kmann
30/3/2017 16:49 | alem54, Yup, haven't sold a share in equity position in GENL. Been a disaster, but haven't added in a long, long time. I'd need the shares to double to get my money back. I have a much larger position in the bonds, especially at today's equity price! | wshak
30/3/2017 16:28 | Holding RNS in two minutes? | panagos
30/3/2017 16:26 | Brent $53.05! | cyan
30/3/2017 16:26 | Brent $53.05! | cyan
30/3/2017 16:07 | Closed my short, no point fighting the bid. Disruption in Libya and consequential rise in Brent enough to tip the balance. I will be looking to sell again in the run up to the next Taq Taq report. | hpcg
30/3/2017 15:26 | Came close to hitting the sell button yesterday. But when looking at the market cap v income/money owing/gas potential decided against it. | welshwizarduk
