We are very cheap and retaining the dividend has helped support.

I would have actually preferred they used funds to buy the bonds with their not cheap 10% coupon.

Our huge cash piles gives us options. Those bonds do have a maturity date.

Still 4-5 weeks to go so they may still suspend it. I hope they don't though. As previously stated, the Company intends to pay a minimum dividend of $40 million per annum. This will be split between an interim and final dividend, to be paid one-third/two-thirds. The final dividend reflects this split and will be subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 14 May 2020.The payment timetable is below:Annual General Meeting: 21 May 2020Ex-dividend date: 28 May 2020Record Date: 29 May 2020Payment Date: 29 June 2020

ColonelDrake has posted on another site, basically my thoughts too ColoneDrakePosts: 2,766Price: 16.28No OpinionRE: June WTI down 40% at 12.50$Today 19:18It certainly is astonishing. June contract now trading almost inline with May contract which has jumped over $45pb from -$37pb lows. This is not an oil market - it's a paper trading casino and it's embarrassing for the financial industry to see it's dirty washing hung out.Meanwhile in another galaxy calld the DOW30, Exxon, a multi US Oil major is trading down by 0.2 cents or roughly 0.5%. It was actually higher at $41 a share. Futures? What oil futures? If Exxon stock isn't blinking, then I don't see why Tullow or Premier or or Enquest or Hurricane are blinking.Looks to me like they are desperately trying to rollover contracts from May to June so that the ETF book doesn't have to fold. Metaphorically, it's like lowering a bridge to meet another bridge so they can get across with no fuss and avoid a complete collapse of the trading index. My guess is, that when this settles later tonight and tomorrow, Oil will be ticking up again and the May contract holders (now June holders) can get some relief.Paper trading 10 times over is just speculation so it's no wonder it's all over the place when the barrels can't be delivered.
