The Company was notified on 6 December 2022 Joycelyn Morton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51.00 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Joycelyn Morton's beneficial interest in the Company is 82,872 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
