Of course he hasn't bought any. He never gets this share right. By his own admission he sold at a much lower price than today's and missed completely that stonking rise to 33p. He's been blustering and lying ever since trying impotently to depress the price to his previous selling price. A hopeless investor. And, of course, a bloody liar.

Well the retirement troll has already been outed as a liar by his claim to have previously bought shares here at 7p in the past. So why on earth would anyone believe anything that he ever posts on ADVFN.

I don't believe you're telling the truth. And I believe that nobody else does, either. You were just saying that this would continue its downward path. Why therefore did you buy, and why did you not declare your purchase BEFORE it went up? Is it because you are fundamentally dishonest? All the evidence in your previous posts points in that direction.

Nothing quirky about the proposed sub share offer. Their last sub shares rocketed from a low of less than 1p to more than 50p.And £millions of new cash to invest when the subs were exercised. This is an ideal time to issue sub shares, while share and NAV depressed.it means low exercise prices and hence very high chance of subs doing well for investors and the Trust.

What intrigues me us that the discount to NAV has narrowed from a recent 14% to today's 5% in the space of three weeks? Maybe that quirky RNS has had some impact on sentiment.......However, what we really need is a sustained reversal of NAV slippage through improving sentiment in the Canadian miners.

"My Retirement Fund 5 May '17 - 13:17 - 383 of 384 0 2 Ah there we go, shareprice is off on its continued downward trajectory then,.." Ha, old stupid got it wrong again for the umpteenth time. The bid price went UP today and not down! LOL LOL

Look, My Little Retirement Fund, you are thrashing around with your ignorance becoming clearer every minute. Everybody, as far as I can see, is having a great laugh at your expense. You have never had any credibility. You lie all the time. Your grammar is execrable. Your spelling is worse. You don't know the difference between there, their and they're which really shows up a lack of intelligence. Why don't you go out and buy a book on Elementary Investment for Dopes? And maybe a book on grammar and spelling if you can read properly. Me? I don't have to worry about the share going down temporarily because I was lucky enough to buy mine at 3.9876p! I also have Huge Retirement Fund.

Ah there we go, shareprice is off on its continued downward trajectory then, the unusual RNS never really put the brakes on for long then.So there you have it chaps, all of your red arrowing of my posts and overwhelming eagerness to green tick any poster whom attempts to rubbish me has done absolutely nothing to the shareprice and nav. More importantly its done absolutely sod all to yoir wealth and the wealth of those whom have been listening to you.

These sub shares are normally offered to buyers of fresh shares as an incentive with the issue price being slightly above market price. The net effect helping increase liquidity reduce discount to nav and of course increase fund size and managers charges. The RNS proposal is highly unusual. I wonder if this is due to some sort of add hock sweetener to try and avoid some of the larger shareholders from dumping. Clearly they have been speaking to them and clearly they dont want to increasr their position right now.I see the bizzare proposal seems to have halted the shareprice malaise. However with little in the way of good news coming from the uranium industry and crude oil price retreating to and beyond yearly lows, I would wager that may be a temporary stop.

Http://www.ur-energy.com/in-situ-uranium-mining-process/ Useful primer on In-situ Recovery (ISR) method of uranium mining, much lower cost and more environmentally acceptable than hard rock mining. Do we know which of our top holdings can employ ISR? Most of the high grade Athabasca projects are hard rock as far as I can see. Here's an informative article on ISR mining at Azarga Unanium (not held by GCL) but which I am now following: Http://epsteinresearch.com/2017/03/08/guest-post-azarga-uranium-azz-to/ May be worth a separate punt?

From another site: a letter from Stephen P Antony, CEO of Energy Fuels. I hold some shares in this company and in another US uranium company. GCL has some, too. No one usually rings the bell at the bottom. But this is close. U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Announces Large Cut in Uranium Transfers Good day: I wanted to share some excellent news for uranium producers like Energy Fuels which was announced late last week. On April 26, 2017, President Trump’s new Energy Secretary, Rick Perry, signed a determination that cuts expected DOE uranium transfers by 37% in 2017 and 47% in 2018, action supporting the U.S. uranium industry for the first time in eight years. Since 2009, the DOE has placed over 40 million lbs. of uranium into the market, including approximately 7 million lbs. per year in 2012 – 2014, 6.5 million lbs. in 2015, and 5.5 million lbs. in 2016. The move by Secretary Perry limits transfers to a maximum of 3.4 million lbs. of uranium in 2017, and to a maximum of 3.0 million lbs. of uranium in 2018. Further, the DOE has already placed about 1.4 million lbs. into the market in 2017, meaning that only 2.0 million lbs. will enter the market for the remainder of the year. The chart below shows how detrimental DOE transfers have been to the U.S. uranium industry. image: https://gallery.mailchimp.com/21f268024d3951e95e943afcd/images/b45ac632-4521-429b-80cc-fc04df21f229.png The DOE cutting transfers by 2.1 – 2.5 million lbs. of uranium is constructive news for uranium producers, as it comes on the heels of Kazakhstan announcing production cuts in 2017 of 5.0 million lbs. and several other companies, including Cameco, announcing production cuts. As uranium prices rise, Energy Fuels has low-cost projects that are ready to increase production, including our Canyon Mine, Nichols Ranch ISR Project, and Alta Mesa ISR Project. We believe these recent announcements might signal the early stages of a market recovery. If so, Energy Fuels is ready. Sincerely, image: https://gallery.mailchimp.com/21f268024d3951e95e943afcd/images/889878a5-f872-46a0-80a2-b666f2c86477.jpg Stephen P. Antony President and Chief Executive Officer Energy Fuels Inc. Energy & Capital newsletter today pushing Uranium, especially URA fund. Sorry, but I can't find the on-line link to the newsletter on their website... perhaps be on their archive tomorrow. Or you need to register to receive the daily newsletters. It's a bit too long to C & P it here. But I will post this paragraph.. Globally the world is starting to see more reactors coming online. The Nuclear Energy Institute notes that there are 60 nuclear units under construction right now in over a dozen countries around the world. Most of these projects are slated to begin operations by 2025. The NEI also reported that over 160 more are now in advanced planning.
