The board of Gear4music (AIM: G4M), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the 13 month period ended 31 March 2019, Notice of AGM and form of proxy have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website www.gear4music.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
The AGM will be held at 3.00 p.m. on 30 August 2019 at the offices of Walker Morris LLP, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4DL.
