...why are the Banglas so dozy - Phulbari represents a once in a lifetime opportunity to use the massive profits from the project, to de-carbonise the country and move it towards net zero in 2050 or whenever.
Instead they will trot around with their begging bowl expecting other nations to fund their aspirations - c'mon, grab the task in hand and actually do something........doh, they wont.
