Share consolidation and restructuring of capital is very bad news here for existing holders.The main reason is to allow capacity to issue and allot more shares to give more to "mates" or related companies owned by certain people.If you're happy with the huge dilution then tuck in mickey.The smarter money will buy after the dire financial situation is sorted.

£800k fundraise required - most likely Polo will loan the required funds at 5p convertible, so it'll be an ENORMOUS profit for Polo if a buyout comes even at a minimum £1. And of course an ENORMOUS profit for everyone else! 😀
