apf- lets wait and see, so far your facts have been nothing but garbage - particularly your loan notes and an share price of 3p or 5p.
A high quality coal product 'state of the art' mining practices / equipment extraction rates of over 10,000 tonnes per day, feeding three generators producing 6000MW and selling to a captive customer base - is a deal made in heaven.
You are out of your depth, can see no further than the end of your nose, so you focus on some Loan Notes which are not, at the moment, a problem. It is your obsession with the finance which under-scores your lack of knowledge, ha ha ha lets have a 'rights issue' for £10 billion. Do you honestly think that the finance has not been sorted - you have obviously never had your own successful business.
'nuff said.

Re: the RNS - It is intended that NFC will acquire an interest of 5% of the joint venture entity from GCM based upon a valuation of the Project to be agreed upon with GCM or its affiliate or investment partner holding the balance of ownership of the Project.
For arguments sake lets say the company is worth £15,000,000 so 5% of that is irrelevant, unless they know that there is a huge upside almost immediately.
The stake is more likely to be strategic, for the long-term (the normal Chinese investment model.)
Suddenly there is good news from Beijing & Dhaka so Michael Tang and his partners say the company is worth $150,000,000. Our shares jump and are worth 130p - a value I have always thought we would achieve on an exit, via takeover.

But what if he said to China Non-Ferrous, actually this is a 30 year project, it will be in effect a Bangladesh utility the offtake and profitability both guaranteed, we think this project is worth a £1 billion - and they agree.

How much could our shares be valued at then - are these the kind of numbers he is discussing with our partners.

As this comment has got Apf long john so wound up and pumping out lies and drivel about Polo and Gcm for hours I thought I should repeat it

Phulbari is a Power and Coal project involving mine mouth power stations using coal mined next to the power plant. If you approve the power you have to approve the coal mining. That’s the new approach and it is approaching the point where it will be approved as it’s an excellent project for Bangladesh.

They clutch at so many straws and have to attack people rather than the investment.
To keep saying something won’t happen because it hasn’t happened is a very poor argument.
What they can’t answer Or explain is why major Chinese corporations Would spend time (years) and money on something that is never going to happen.

Ha ha you have no idea what my position here is. However I know as fact that you did your brains on AAOG. So you have never consider the possibility that Bangla are cancelling existing coal projects to put all their eggs in 1 basket right on the coal mine?

What rubbish. The coal plants were cancelled or put under review long after covid started. It started to take hold in March, but the announcement of cancelling coal projects from bangla came in August. Are you saying that covid only arrived in bangla AFTER August???

888 You misled people in the months before polo delisted. The warning signs were there, it became clear that datuk wasn't going to end up securing a new nomad. Yet you continued to tell people there was still time and a nomad would be secured. You were very confident. But polo still didn't sign a nomad, were suspended, and you still continued to assert they would sign a nomad in that suspended month...they didn't and were delisted. Why on earth should anyone trust you here on gcm when you assert that the project will get the green light. Facts are that 13 years of history have shown that nothing is definite and the project remains on hold pending a permit to extract coal....for 13 years now.

Coronavirus has changed all this nonsense about not approving anymore coal power stations. That was the tune played for their export markets and foreign governments playing the clean energy card. Everybody is bankrupt even this country has racked up a Covid-19 debt in the tens of billions. China is the only source for of foreign earnings for the GOB at the moment.

Another brown stuff comment from 888.

Energy minister said NO NEW COAL POWER PLANT WILL BE BUILT

« The minister added that in the future, Bangladesh would not construct any more coal-fired plants because of environmental and cost reasons, but Payra’s second phase and four other existing coal power plants would continue operations as planned.«

Can’t you understand ? What’s not clear for you...

Stop misleading newcomers
