Well if he wants to use mail will he want a postman on a push bike or a dirty diesel van spewing pollution into the air?

How much is a 1st class stamp these days? These back and forth debates would have cost a fortune in postage 30 years ago.

Papillion are you an eco-warrior? I bet you fly on planes, never think twice about plugging in your plastic phone and laptop charger, buy shipped goods, and you eat beef. You're alright jack, who cares about millions being in energy poverty. Coal powerstations amongst many others are in the UK America Germany and China so why shouldn't Bangladesh join the party? Do you boycott goods produced from these countries? Of course you don't.

Those who dispute man made global warming caused by burning fossil fuels are the stupid ones, mickb1234. Coal is the "dirtiest" fossil fuel.

If ocean levels continue to rise, due to global warming, a sizeable chunk of Bangladesh will end up below sea level.

I would define a sucker as someone who sells shares at a huge loss on the say so of a rambling board poster with not a single shred of evidence to back up his claims.

Have your tried your luck in the property market?

"I know this house has cost you £450'000 BUT youe better selling it now a a huge loss......because I said so"

You are a rambling fool. Just like Bax you have NOTHING to back up your predictions.

I'm very surprised that there's hardcore suckers out there and it's normal for novice investors to hold on till the end ! motto should be buy low and sell high and not hope and in this case it's hopeless

I think the ‘projects̵7; make sense but I doubt GCM will be given the approval to do the mine mouth power plant due to many reasons and that’s why I sold all my shares and took a loss and hope that all those still invested will be wiser and sell

Even if the warmists are right, closing British coal-fired power stations is futile.

While Britain madly closes its remaining coal-fired power stations, so risking power cuts in the near future, because the wind often doesn’t blow and the sun frequently doesn’t shine, China is building dozens of new ones. We know this because the Green pressure group CoalSwarm has studied satellite images and found an enormous 259 gigawatts of new coal-fired generating capacity is under development in China, despite claims by Peking that is cutting coal generation. Even if you believe the Warmist claim that climate change is caused by human activity, China’s coal policy makes our sacrifice of efficient reliable power quite pointless.
