So kilkenny sold over a million shares. Not a bid deal in the light of things going forward, if it's a one off. If they're leaving, then the share price will remain depressed at these levels

Could you imagine if they bought in open market and we got holding rns's when they reached 3% then 4 and 5% and then 10% the share price would have been many multiples.

Now we just received one Rns stating they hold 19.3%!!!!!!!

Polo hold 17%. The Chinese can sell their shares in 6 months which I think will be significantly higher than 25p. They would not want to be paid in shares of a company that is about to go bust but.more like will get the green light from the GoB

The Company and its strategic partner China Gezhouba Group International Engineering Co. Ltd signed a Joint Development Framework Agreement.

In accordance with the terms of a consulting agreement, a success fee equal to 10% of the issued capital of the Company is due to a consultant for the achievement of the Key Milestones, payable by the issuance of shares within five business days of the Key Milestones occurring.

In accordance with the International Accounting Standard IAS 10 Events After the Reporting Period the financial statements contained in this December 2017 Interim Report have not been adjusted to reflect this.
