Director/PDMR Shareholding

GBGI Limited (AIM: GBGI), a leading integrated provider of international benefits insurance, announces that it was notified that David Gibson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, through Molokai Partners LLC, purchased 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares of $1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 80p per share, representing 1.38% of the Company's issued share capital.

David Gibson, Non-Executive Director of the Company is also the founder, owner and managing member of Molokai Partners LLC which acts as investment adviser to the Finbar's controlling trust. Finbar GBG Holdings Limited ("Finbar") is a substantial shareholder of the Company, holding 11,281,700 Ordinary Shares representing 12.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
