The Company announces that on 28 November 2017 Dave Wilson, CFO & COO of GBG, exercised options over a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), awarded in 2010 under GBG's Executive Share Option Scheme, at an exercise price of 25.75p. He then sold all 100,000 of the resulting Ordinary Shares at a price of 425 pence per share on the same day.

Following this notification, Mr. Wilson has options over a maximum of 664,428 Ordinary Shares and continues to have a beneficial holding of 239,725 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company).
