IDScan acquisistion is set to add considerable value to the group. Generates very high gross margin (80%) from own IP with reported op profit of £3.2m or 19.3% of enlarged group op profit. Equity element of the funding is 9m shares or 7.3% of enlarged equity.

EPS and DPS of enlarged group will be significantly higher excluding the effects of cross selling, synergistic savings and own organic growth.

I'm looking to buy around 300p range but no access to money while at work so can only hope it doesn't rise too much. I think 350p by year end is achieveable. IMHO.

Pretty good week, hope we go up same next week, lovely divi coming soon, but still think it should be higher, however company conservative on divi and promoting growth. £4 this Xmas is my guess perhaps a tall order but possible

Looks to me as though the share price might be where it is for the placing rather than the anything to do with Brexit or is that just me being cynical;-)
Still not a bad price £2.75 to get on a placing though I think the deal was done long before yesterday.
