The Company announces that Dave Wilson, CFO & COO, has notified the Company that he has transferred 30,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to that of his wife, Cath Wilson, for nil consideration.

Prior to and following this notification, Mr Wilson has a beneficial holding of 221,030 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company) and continues to have options over a maximum of 250,605 Ordinary Shares.
