Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Chief Operating Officer, Keith Lewis, transferred 89,442 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his wife, Lesley Lewis with effect on 8 December 2017.

As the Shares will continue to be beneficially owned by him or persons connected with him following transfer, Mr Lewis' total interest in the Company will remain unchanged at 391,883 Shares, representing 1.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
