Open letter to THE FAT MAN, WINNIE and his SHORTING GANG.

A poster on ADVFN is I understand a willing seller of 151,000 GATE shares at 20P

I did advise it might be a good idea to buy back in PRIOR to the shares being de listed on AIM.

( it would have be cheaper)

However is does give those with naked shorts another chance to cover part of their positions.

It might be a good idea to take the offer up.

Keep an eye or your co shorters, as they might take up the offer post haste. (Leaving their palls in the soup.)

Tbm...Thank you for your kind words.Like i said before,i have always enjoyed reading your posts and please keep them coming.I sense there are a few shorters on this bb,if not jealous.It works both ways with trading and unfortunately it isn't working out with the shorters.As for Tw...he deserves everything he gets.I am currently suspended in Wrn and news is due very soon.That Tw has been putting that company down also ,so i wouldn't be surprised if he has been trying to short that one too..Thanks again Tbm and i promise to give you an update in regards to selling..All the best mate.

Well i have put all my shares up for sell with capita through hargreaves lansdown.Hargreaves is now awaiting paperwork in the post before it goes through.Going to be interesting to see how easy i can sell all my 151000 shares set at 20p each.

Gate Ventures Plc, the Investing Company formed to make investments and capitalise on investment opportunities in the media and entertainment sectors, is pleased to announce the admission today of its ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM and the commencement of dealings in its Ordinary Shares under the ticker GATE.



The Company has raised £3.242 million, before expenses, through a subscription and placing ("Issue") of 32,420,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 10p per share ("Issue Price"). The market capitalisation of the Company at the Issue Price on admission will be £3.242 million.



The Company will be using the net subscription and placing proceeds primarily to investigate and pursue potential acquisitions, perform due diligence, contribute towards professional costs associated with potential acquisitions and fund the initial working capital requirements of the Company.



Investing Policy of the Company ("Investing Policy")

Gate Ventures is a new company formed to make investments and capitalise on investment opportunities in the media and entertainment sector, focussing on, but not limiting itself to, theatre production and the music industry.

Was that Britdaq trade a circular trade with the same person as buyer and seller
i.e. to create an artificial deemed price ahead of conning more punters in China?

Aug 26th: GATE joined Britdaq
Aug 26th: a buyer on Britdaq placed an order for 800 shares at £10 (Johnny Hon?)
matched instantly as selling shareholder was already lined up (also Johnny Hon?)
Aug 27th: GATE announces the new facility and mentions the trade on its website;
"The opening trade was recorded on August 26th 2015 at a price of £10 per share"
A real transaction between 2 PI's would be none of its business so mentioning it
seems like a giveaway they were behind it. The trade taking place the day before
the facility was announced wasn't exactly subtle either.
