So, yet again I ask. Where is the value. What are the prospects, what EPS are you looking at, and in turn PE?

No;: it's down to the company and or its shareholders to agree a settlement price.

The first guide months ago was £3.00 ( that's when the smart shorters closed )

That's just gone up to £6.00 (plus profit) so as a basic starting point look for a tenner.

That said, the owners of the company have been subject to some real bad things from the shorters so £25.00 might be about right.

It's the shorters counter party who is on your back.

Get the shares any way you like (and settle) is all that is required.

If you think you can get them under £6.00 then give it a go !!!

Out of interest, what do you think makes this company worth six quid a share? Clearly not based on earnings, or NAV, so have they found out how to make petrol out of water or what?

Their loses are looking to be on the scale of HS2.

The clock must be ticking and time running out on those shorts as various stop loss limits would have been smashed.

Look for the shorters counter party to go direct to shareholders and the company .

Share Placing

Further to the announcements on 21 July 2015 regarding Gate Ventures' £2.6 million investment in Infinity Creative Media Limited and the Company's Trading Update of 22 July 2015, the Board announces that it has raised a further £9,000,000 through a Placing, at £6 per share, with those investors who had originally agreed to invest that amount via an issue of convertible loan notes.

Funds raised from the Placing will be used to finance further suitable investments by the Company in the TV and Media industry and in accordance with the stated investment policy.

Geoff Morrow, Gate Ventures' Chairman, said: "Further funds are likely to be made available by investors for the Company's future developments."

If you are a holder, try and sell just one share anywhere at anywhere near 6 quid.

You wont be able to, not because it is delisted, but because no one would pay such a price. There isnt even a blue sky company ....nothing....nada
